Our Clients

Bacen & Jordan has an established client relationship philosophy. It incorporates a strategy including a client service department and mission recognition that involves every staff member of our office. We believe it to be critical to establishing and maintaining long term relationships with our clients.

  • Monthly or quarterly meetings at your offices and as your schedule permits to discuss progress and processes in handling your accounts. This insures that we maintain and foster the flow of communication between our offices.
  • Monthly/quarterly customized reports to meet the varying needs of today's Patient Financial Services offices.

Our firm is equipped with software and technology that gives us the capability to execute all of the latest electronic and internet-based placement and reporting techniques including EDI, VPN, and FTP sites, as well as report formatting in the most current applications being used in the industry. This allows us to accommodate individual client preferences while providing seamless connectivity with our clients' network systems.
